I am now accepting new clients. Both daytime and evening appointments are available Life can feel like a roller coaster at times. We are all human, which means that we can all become vulnerable at some point. Whatever psychological struggle you are experiencing, please know that I am here to help you to navigate through your difficulties. I have 18+ years experience in the psychotherapy field (I have worked both in England and also here in Canada) and am trained to provide therapy in both English and Italian. Whether you would like to conduct therapy in-person or online, please know that you will be in very safe hands.
I offer an integrative therapeutic approach meaning it's tailored to each individual client's needs. I offer both short and long term support during the day and evening. I am trained to treat both diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health problems. A particular focus of mine is helping people who have experienced childhood trauma, in particular sexual abuse.
Asking for help can feel daunting. I hope that I can reassure you that you will not regret making this decision to improve your mental health.
