My background has been working mainly with adults, older adults, people living with chronic health conditions, care partners, individuals and couples experiencing a difficult transition or diagnosis, and people experiencing all types of grief and loss. I continue to have an interest in these areas, though I welcome working with adults experiencing a range of concerns affecting their mental health.

I have an eclectic approach to counselling, using a person centered foundation, and integrating a variety of therapeutic frameworks, depending on where you're at, and what your preference might be.
