I believe that change happens through relationship. I strive to create a warm, safe, and trusting relationship with each client. If you're struggling with big emotions, challenging relationships, parenting stress, or feelings of overwhelm, I'm here for you. I work collaboratively with my clients to build their self-awareness. Together we identify unhelpful patterns and practice skills to promote change and growth. As an adoptive parent I have a unique understanding of the stresses that come with adoption and welcoming a child into your home. Our work will help you find clarity, build skills, and improve relationships.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients build better self-awareness and understand their experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Through our work together we will understand your unhelpful patterns, and create the skills you need to do things differently.

As an adoptive parent I have a unique understanding of adoption issues and parenting challenges. All of us go through periods of challenge and difficulty. It is always an honour to support someone during those challenges, and to see the resilience and growth of my clients. I'm here to help you weather the storm.
