I am a registered social worker who has been practicing in the field of mental health and addictions since 2017. I offer treatment for a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma, and more. I strive to be intentional, transparent and effective in the services I offer. I am passionate about helping individuals cultivate insight and resiliency in the face of trauma, life changes, mental illness, substance misuse, and systemic barriers.
I offer therapeutic services primarily in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Responsive Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills. I strive to ensure my services are trauma-informed and culturally responsive.
