I have 9 years of experience working with individuals of all ages who are faced with trauma, addiction, sexual assault, and intergenerational trauma. I enjoy and have experience working with Indigenous peoples on their healing journeys. I also support anxiety and depression and other obstacles that present themselves at all stages.
I am passionate about helping individuals move forward by discovering the strengths they already possess and building on them to achieve self-sufficiency. I understand that it can be challenging to reach out for help, but the search is the first step.
