I specialize in grief and bereavement, trauma, anxiety, and depression, using approaches like IFS CBT, DBT, and EMDR. My work is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on helping you build coping tools & strengthen resilience.
After experiencing profound loss, I came to understand how healing it can be to feel truly seen and supported in moments of pain.
