I am a 10+ year Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces who was medically released for a spinal injury (thanks LAV). Now, I work with other Veterans, Front Line Workers, and others navigating PTSD, Anger, Moral Injury, Chronic Pain, Injury Recovery, Military Sexual Trauma, Grief, and Neurodivergence. My practice is through a biopsychosocial lens to ensure my clients have the advocacy, support, and information they need to navigate all of their health concerns.
Treatment with me will be as structured or relaxed as you need it to be. I draw upon several evidence-based treatment modalities, some of which include Cognitive Processing Therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Having multiple tools allows me to offer flexibility for each client, as everyone's situation is a little unique.
