I weave science and storytelling in my no-bs approach to therapy, helping people reclaim pleasure and connection. Humor is at the core of my work with individuals, couples, and groups, and my approach blends evidence-based methods with an experiential, process-driven perspective. I integrate neurobiological, philosophical, existential, emotional, and acceptance-based techniques. I specialize in sexual health, with expertise supporting clients with pelvic pain, sexual 'dysfunctions', intimacy challenges, low desire, infidelity, erectile difficulties, chronic pain, relationship-building, self-esteem, "addictions" (i.e. porn, sex), and trauma. Because sex doesn’t live in a bubble, we often explore broader concerns together as well.
I hold a Masters in Counselling and a certificate in Intensive Sex Therapy. I've completed Sexual Health and Pelvic Health certificates at the UofA. I am professionally trained in Sex Therapy, EMDR, Gottman Method for couples, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy for individuals and couples. I also have training in Gestalt, Existential and Feminist therapies.

Pelvic Floor/Sexual Pain Group
Pelvic floor pain and pain during sex can leave many feeling isolated and alone. This supportive psychoeducational group is designed to help individuals navigate these challenges by offering practical coping strategies, emotional support, and a sense of community. The group meets weekly over the course of 7 sessions, with groups running at various times throughout the year. Each session includes a take-home handout tailored to the topic discussed, providing tools and insights you can continue to use beyond the group.
