Pelvic Floor/Sexual Pain Group

Often times, people who experience pelvic floor pain and pain during sex feel isolated and disconnected. This group aims at providing support, where participants also learn coping strategies for dealing with pelvic floor pain. This is a psychoeducational/support group focusing on pelvic floor pain and painful sex. Every session will include a handout(s) specific to the topic covered for each participant to take home.
