I am experienced in working with a wide range of clinical presentations. My practice is integrative but I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Integrated Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches.
It is important to me that my sessions create an inclusive and safe space to work through whatever issues have brought you to counselling. My practice is grounded in empathy and non-judgement to support your healing journey.
