I am a registered practicing counsellor in Melfort, Martensville and Saskatoon, SK. I have taken additional training in addictions counselling, though I am able to treat the individual or a couple as well. My areas of interest include, adoptee trauma/support, anxiety, addiction, communication, attachment and depression. I meet clients where they are at and take a supportive role in guiding you to a more adjusted, healthier you. I use multiple techniques and tools to assist the sessions, but like to align them with what works best for each individual client, therapy is not one size fits all.
My specialty is addictions. Though I also work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, poor body image and couples needing help with communication and boundaries.
