Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward? As humans, we all experience challenges whether difficult emotions, relationship struggles, life transitions, or feeling lost. You don’t have to face them alone. I believe therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore these experiences with compassion and curiosity rather than judgment. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Using a holistic approach that honours the connection between mind, body, and spirit, I support clients in reconnecting with themselves and fostering meaningful growth.
My approach is warm, and integrative, and I aim to tailor treatment plans to the needs of each of my clients. I have experience working with children aged 4-17 , adults , and couples with a wide range of presenting concerns such as ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, BPD, chronic illnesses, learning, and intellectual disabilities.
I believe together, we can work toward healing, greater self-awareness, empowerment, and a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. It would be my honour to walk alongside you in your healing journey. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit, and I’d love to help you or your loved one get the support they need.
