My approach is relational, holistic, and attachment focused, using evidence based approaches such as CBT and DBT. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally drained, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain of how to move forward. I support clients to implement coping strategies to improve their well-being and navigate life with more ease.

Together, we explore the underlying patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building healthier ways of coping and relating to yourself and others. I also incorporate nervous system regulation skills to help you better understand how stress and past experiences affect your mind and body, allowing you to respond to life's challenges.
