I have experience as a faculty professor at Mohawk College and work frontline in Healthcare. I specialize in life transitions, care and placement for older adults, chronic illness, acceptance with new diagnoses, and managing general life stressors. I’m confident that my experience and skills will help support you in navigating life’s challenges.
