Counselling is a way to explore what we are experiencing in a new mindset - with my ultimate goal being to leave you feeling empowered. I have experience counselling over 1000 individuals which has allowed me to explore a vast range of topics.
I am a registered social worker with over 6+ years of experience and provide virtual counselling services to all of Ontario. I utilize a strengths-based and solution-focused approach so that you can feel empowered with skills you may have not realized you had. I specialize in utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for depression, stress, anxiety, and more.
