Sometimes life feels challenging and hard, and we feel like we lose ourselves a little along the way. This is when it’s most helpful to slow down, take a deep breath, and consider support to feel less alone and figure out next steps. I am focused on helping individuals learn and apply new skills and strategies to make impactful shifts that lead to meaningful change in themselves and in relationships with loved ones. I provide a non-judgmental space so clients can feel safe to openly share their thoughts, emotions and experiences. I specialize in supporting individuals with life transitions, women’s issues and caregiver support.
I will work alongside you to help you make sense of your inner and outer experience and guide you to feel empowered to navigate uncertain times. Life transitions can include parenting, marriage, job change, empty nest, changing relationships, pregnancy, loss, divorce, caring for aging parents, perimenopause, menopause and retirement.
I also support family members (parents, partners) in navigating the challenges of having a loved one with complex mental health concerns (emotion dysregulation, Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma). I have the expertise to support you with new skills to address the complexity of managing crises and extreme behaviours. You don't have to do this alone.
