You may appear to be doing well while feeling unsettled inside. You think deeply, hold yourself to high standards, and may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, self-criticism, relationships, identity, or belonging. I work with thoughtful individuals and couples who are used to figuring things out alone but find insight isn't enough. After more than a decade as a trial lawyer, I understand high-responsibility careers and what can remain hidden beneath competence. In therapy, we'll explore the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and choices, working toward greater flexibility and alignment.
When patterns become clearer, there is often more room for choice, self-compassion, and meaningful change. I frequently work with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, procrastination, self-criticism, relationship challenges, and concerns regarding identity and belonging. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment.
As someone with lived experience of immigration and cultural transition, I understand some of the complexities of navigating different cultures, identities, expectations, and ways of being. If you're looking for a space where you can show up as you are and explore what feels stuck, I'd be glad to connect and see whether we're a good fit for you.
