Carrie Mazzei, RP, and Sareen Cagliuzun, RSW, and team together have over 18 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families struggling with a spectrum of mental health challenges. Our goal is to help clients shift from a mindset of ‘just getting by’ to actively living a more balanced and meaningful life. We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach and believe that you are the expert of yourself and your needs. You know where you hope to end up, and our job is to help you get there. Counselling can be provided virtually, at our private space, or in the comfort of your own home.
We have experience working with a spectrum of mental health challenges; anxiety depression, relationship difficulties, challenges with self esteem and self-worth, learning and attention difficulties, parenting/co-parenting challenges, behavioural challenges, school refusal and attendance challenges, student & work related tress, stress management
