You look like you’re holding it together. You show up for work, for your family, for everyone else. From the outside, you seem capable and steady.
Inside, it feels heavier than it should.
Stress lingers. Old patterns repeat. Trauma still lives in your body. Money stress or financial anxiety keeps you up at night. Parenting feels overwhelming, and you're afraid you won't be able to escape the intergenerational trauma. Burnout creeps in quietly. Or maybe you just know something needs to change.
You are not broken. Truly. You are carrying a lot.
I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach (EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT) with an attachment and emotionally focused lens. We’ll make sense of it all - how you got here, why now, and what’s next? Nothing is too messy to work with, and we'll pair depth with concrete tools you can use so you can find a way forward.
Therapy doesn't need to feel overly clinical to be impactful - in fact, that's not my style. A genuine relational rapport is core to my approach so you feel safe, respected, and confident. You don't need to bring the 'right' words because we’ll find them together.
You'll often hear me say, "I got you" - and I mean it.
