Sometimes challenges in life feel too big and too difficult to face alone. Using a non-judgmental and compassionate approach, I help adolescents and young adults (ages 10-24) facing various challenges related to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, self-esteem, and life stressors. My goal is to empower youth/ young adults to better understand their emotions and patterns of coping and assist them in learning new skills for growth. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients to engage in the therapeutic process in a way that is meaningful to them.
I specialize in eating disorder treatment using gold standard evidence-based practices. I provide eating disorder treatment to people of all ages.
