Hi, I’m Carrie-Lynn. I'm so glad you're here. I help women who are ready for something deeper than just talking it out. If you’ve ever felt like your body is carrying tension, pain, or emotions you can’t explain, or feel like your nervous system is never settled, I want you to know you’re not alone, and you’re not broken. Together, we’ll slow down and gently explore how your body has been holding your story — and how we can begin to release what’s stuck so you can feel more connected, grounded, and at ease. I work best with women in their late 20s to 40s who are self-aware, open-hearted, and ready to try something different.
My office space is located in Downtown Whitby, Ontario for in-person therapy.
I specialize in working with women who are navigating life’s big transitions— identity, career, grief and loss, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, somatic therapy can help. This body-centred approach addresses how stress, trauma & life experiences are stored in our bodies.
