My integrative approach is customized to your situation and draws from a variety of theoretical approaches.
I offer counselling in person as well as on-line. I can see children for art or play therapy in addition to youth, parents and other adults. I work from a neurodiversity affirming perspective and specialize in celebrating neurodivergence. I also enjoy helping people with trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. I am trained in EMDR.
