I know what it’s like to feel like you’re carrying everything on your own. The anxiety, the overthinking, the pressure to appear “fine” when inside it feels anything but. I am a licensed counsellor with the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec (OCCOQ) and a licensed psychotherapist with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ) and College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and bring over a decade of experience supporting adults, couples, and families through a wide range of life challenges.

Drawing from CBT, ERP, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients face fears, break unhelpful patterns, and build practical skills. My goal is to support lasting change, resilience, and a more balanced, fulfilling life.
