Are you pregnant, trying to conceive or recently gave birth? Are you feeling lonely, anxious or depressed? You may feel overwhelmed by motherhood and find yourself questioning whether you’re doing enough or getting it right. The transition into parenthood can be isolating, overstimulating, and very different from what you imagined. I support mothers and families at every stage of the perinatal journey— from preparing for birth to navigating postpartum life and everything in between. Other challenges may include infertility struggles, grief and loss, birth trauma and relationship stress related to parenting and the mental load.
I can help you build confidence in your ability to meet your child’s needs. Our work may include exploring attachment and infant brain development, tuning into your nervous system and stress responses, or looking at how past trauma may be affecting your current relationships and parenting. I also offer EMDR therapy if and when you feel ready to dive deeper.
