I am here to assist you on your journey. In these turbulent times sometimes one needs a place to just be so you can find your way back to yourself and what you truly believe and feel. I am here to assist in helping you find your centre and to connect to your own wisdom and joy. With 20yrs of experience I have worked in a variety of areas; grief and loss, life transitions ( ie; divorce, menopause, change of work etc), relationship issues, family matters, depression/anxiety, personal growth to name a few. My task is meeting you where you are and seeing the best in you so it can emerge strong and sure.
My focus is on compassionate listening, asking questions to help you move deeper into exploration of yourself and your life situation. I focus on what is best suited to your needs so you can focus on your own self-discovery to live harmoniously in your life.
