In trying times one needs to find a way back to oneself. I help integrate mind, feelings and body, so you experience feeling more grounded in yourself. By working with these three areas, clients find that they become more attune with their inner knowing and come to learn how the physical body can teach us what we are thinking and feeling and what we need to restore peace and balance. I have experience with; grief & loss, life transitions (divorce, menopause), relationship issues, coping strategies, emotional disturbances, self compassion, trauma history, depression/anxiety, disassociation, health changes, spiritual searching .
My focus is on compassionate listening, asking questions to help you move deeper into exploration of yourself and your life situation. I focus on what is best suited to your needs so you can focus on your own self-discovery to live harmoniously in your life.
