I am not currently accepting new individual clients directly. However, I am working with new clients in group therapy and offer groups for those who have lost a loved one in a traumatic way (e.g., murder, suicide, accident, unforeseen or untimely circumstance, etc); for those struggling with chronic pain; for those wishing to process trauma; for those interested in mediation; for teachers struggling with burnout; and for students in a Master's Degree program studying counselling, or new to the field of counselling. I also supervise students who offer reduced rate sessions for $42/session.
Emotions provide us with important information regarding our needs, and wants. They motivate our behaviour and provide the foundation for our self esteem, and social relationships.
