Individually, Carolynn works primarily from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach to support you in achieving a life that feels more meaningful, with an added awareness regarding the impacts of trauma. With couples, Carolynn works to increase emotional intimacy by supporting the couple in recognizing patterns of disagreement and increase closeness.
