I always feel privileged when people take me on their journey through healing and self-discovery. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership that is built on trust and emotional safety. With 12 years of experience in providing counselling services, and 7 years working with mental health, I believe that we all have the strength to move through challenging situations. During our sessions, you will be in the driver's seat while I help navigate our route. Whether you want to work through a current situation or something from your past, I can help you work through your experiences and achieve your goals.

I practice from a non-judgmental, trauma-informed lens, providing integrative, generalist services using skills and techniques from multiple models of therapy. I integrate an adult attachment lens into sessions when requested to explore how early childhood experiences can influence your current daily life.
