The process of change can be challenging, but my clients and I laugh a lot too. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and supportive. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help others find hope.
My counselling experience ranges from daily stressors to crisis situations and deep-rooted trauma. Additionally, I have formal training in a variety of techniques, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), and Trauma-Focused CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
