Carolyn is a mother of five children and a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. For more than two decades, she has worked as an educator and academic advisor in high school and university. Supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting issues, life transitions, and relationship challenges with a compassionate approach. Carolyn aims to create a healing environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. By fostering the therapeutic alliance, she offers a safe space for you to find balance, improve emotional well-being, and achieve personal growth.

Carolyn utilizes a supportive approach that integrates CBT, EFT, IFS, Flash, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy tailoring the techniques and modalities to your unique needs.
