I have over 25 years experience helping individuals address and overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship issues/sep/divorce, grief, etc. I also have specialized experience in IPV/DV, working with survivors for safety and healing, and individuals who have used harmful behaviours and want to make meaningful change.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, solution-focused, and narrative therapy, (etc.) using trauma-and-violence-informed care to adapt our work to fit your goals and needs.
