I have over 15 years of experience and advanced training in helping people address issues relating to gender, sexuality, trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and anxiety. I have found Internal Family Systems (IFS) to be an effective modality to help people heal core issues that create challenges/problems in their life. I have extensive training in IFS.
