Welcome to therapy and the space between us. Sometimes life can be overwhelming and too much to handle alone. When the challenges feel too big and the losses feel too painful we can all use a little support. My name is Carolyn Caesar (she/her/hers), and I am a Psychodynamic and trauma informed Registered Psychotherapist offering individual, teen and couples therapy. I also offer Supervision for therapists seeking registration with the CRPO. The space between us is a client centered, empathetic, culturally sensitive, and inclusive space, where we collaborate to uncover the deeper roots of your struggle or overwhelming feelings.
Together we explore your inner world. We make sense and find meaning in your thoughts, feelings and repeated patterns. Understanding yourself and your impact on others to create meaningful connections and an authentic self.
