Welcome to Ascend Counselling & Wellness. I am a Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist with 20 years of experience as a therapist . My approach is client centred, strength based, trauma- informed, and tailored to the needs of each individual drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness & Narrative Therapy. I have extensive clinical experience in mental health and Masters in both Counselling Psychology & Social Work.
