I'm a registered clinical counsellor with over 20 years of experience in the helping profession. I'm passionate about supporting clients to heal the relationship they have with themselves and others. I use evidence-based therapy techniques to help you understand and respond effectively to your thoughts and emotions. These techniques help build awareness, reduce emotional suffering, and help you engage in more effective behaviour patterns. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, client-centred, and considers the mind-body connection.
