I love working with individuals and couples who want to make sense of their emotions, shift painful cycles, and build safer, more connected relationships. Many are moving through life transitions or past hurts that still influence the present and are looking for greater self awareness to support meaningful, healthier change. I warmly welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and the 2sLGBTQIA+ community as well ADHD folks.
My aim is to create a safe, judgment‑free space where you can feel seen and heard. Using EFIT and EFCT, I offer a structured, supportive process to help you make sense of emotions and shift unhelpful patterns. I’m also trained in EMDR and work from a trauma‑informed lens.
My life has included its own ups and downs, and these experiences allow me to hold space with empathy, trust your strengths, and honour your pace. I hope to encourage you as you continue your journey and move toward the changes and connections you’re seeking.
