| Français Welcome to my page! It takes courage to be here. I love working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities. I’ve had the pleasure of working with LGBTQIA2S+ & neurodiverse folks, people with visible/invisible disabilities, and people at different intersections of these identities. If you’d like help to identify, regulate, and communicate your emotions to understand yourself better and facilitate your relationships, I’m here for you! With my clients, I explore and work on topics such as life transitions, neurodiversity, interpersonal relationships, painful childhood experiences, grief & loss, and more.
My aim is to create a safe, judgement-free space where I can establish a therapeutic alliance so that you can feel seen and heard. I have completed the Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) Level 1 & 2 training and the Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) Externship. I am also trained in EMDR and practice from a trauma-informed lens.
My journey has been filled with ups and downs and twists and turns which gave me life experience which now serves me to hold space, believe in my client’s inner strengths, and trust the process of psychotherapy. I hope to encourage you to continue on your journey and make the changes you want.
