My name is Carolina and I help adults struggling with mental health. Having been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, my personal experience is an additional asset to my professional expertise. In our sessions, we'll create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can freely share your experiences and concerns. Together, we'll explore your strengths and challenges, helping you to attain a deeper understanding of yourself and working collaboratively to develop strategies to improve your overall well-being.
