I am a licensed psychologist in private practice, a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec, and an associate of the Argyle Institute of Human Relations. I have been providing individual counselling to adolescents and adults for over twenty five years. In a caring and supportive environment, I help individuals build on their strengths and explore positive pathways to change. I employ a psychodynamic approach, while integrating cognitive stratagles in order to help deal with personal difficulties.
Working together, in a collaborative approach, we will identify your challenges, explore how they developed and find effective coping strategies. I work with individuals seventeen and up, to address personal problems such as anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, personal identity issues, and other emotional difficulties.
