I provide services to young adults, adults and couples experiencing issues that include, but are not limited to: anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues (such as arguments that seem to repeat endlessly), infidelity, grief, anger management, trauma, and parenting challenges.

My services are offered via my private practice to all residents of Ontario (video, phone, and limited in-person availability) . Initial consultations are offered at no charge.
