Currently offering day and evening appointments for in person and virtual sessions. While initially trained in addictions counselling, I have spent years expanding my practice to include adolescents (trained at the Shonkier Clinic in Scarborough) and adults with acute mental health issues. With over 10 years of experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and motivational issues. I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to help my clients work through their struggles to build meaningful, happier and healthier lives.
I offer individual, couples and family counselling, taking the time to better understand the needs of my clients, keeping them actively involved in the therapy process. Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients develop life-changing skills to help them overcome any of life's various obstacles.
