I have over 25 years experience working with children, youth and adults in mental health and addiction.
My clinical experience includes mental health and addiction, in particular behavioural addictions including, technology overuse, gambling, shopping, food and video gaming. I work with children, youth, adults and family members. Trained in Congruent Couples Therapy.
Through encouragement and compassion I offer an integrated approach to therapy, using a number of techniques and modalities. This can include understanding the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. I use a mindful approach to support individuals managing powerful emotions as they work through personal changes.
