ADHD Women's Group - Online

Lead by a neurodivergent somatic experiencing therapist. Experience the joy of being in connection with others who recognize and embrace neurodiversity and the many gifts and struggles that can accompany it. Formal diagnosis not required. Topics of interest will be decided together but may include common experiences such as ADHD paralysis, rejection sensitivity, injustice sensitivity, time blindness, excecutive functioning concerns, and more. We also may discuss and share different strategies that we find helpful, in relation to productivity, setting attainable goals, letting go of neurotypical expectations, and more.
