Welcome! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I hold a Master's degree in counselIing. Sometimes difficult emotions and patterns can keep us from feeling fulfilled and at peace. Experiences may have led to disconnecting from ourselves, or bracing against life, in order to get by. Working with a counsellor can help us find new ways to connect and come back to ourselves. When provided the space and safety for inner exploration, I have seen how clients can connect to confidence, clarity, self-compassion and the core aliveness that we all possess.
My style is collaborative, caring and non-judgmental. My relational, experiential, somatic (body-focused) approach centers the unique resilience and strengths of each person. I believe each of us holds deep inner wisdom, and I work to help people unearth this. I work to empower people as they discover their inherent capacity for healing and change.
I love helping my clients in deepening self-understanding and feeling more vital and at home in their bodies. I believe healing and growth occur in a trusting and respectful relationship.
