As a Psychodynamic therapist I primarily work with attachment based modalities and incorporate CBT, IFS, EFT, EFIT, mindfulness and DBT more thoroughly where applicable. I work with trauma and C-PTSD specifically. I am client lead. My passion is to work with couples of all styles, including polyamourus couples. EFT/attachment is main focus.
I am a very authentic and real as a therapist. I respect the therapeutic relationship as a human experience. I am always supportive, empathic and respectful of concerns and goals.
