I listen closely to your “unconscious whispers”—the subtle emotional cues, protective patterns, attachment wounds, and unmet needs that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
I work with family, couples, and adults facing relationship difficulties, attachment injuries, childhood emotional neglect, grief and loss, trauma, family conflict, and recovery from narcissistic/antagonistic relationships.

My approach is psychodynamic, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed. I integrate IFS, EFT and relational approaches to help clients develop a deeper self-understanding and create lasting change through insight, compassion, and authentic connection.
