I ground my work in helping adults calm their anxious minds and make sense of their experiences to live true and authentic lives.
Clinically, I use a melded blend of narrative, somatic, emotion-focused and attachment-based interventions in my practice. What this means is that I help you understand your nervous system and emotional experience while also validating your humanness. I practice with transparency, deep curiosity, a sense of humor and the occasional swear word.
