As a psychotherapist, I have had the privilege of helping individuals heal, grow, and strengthen their connections. My approach as a relational therapist recognizes the profound impact that relationships have on our well-being. My approach is collaborative and rooted in both relational and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, helping clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience.
