I am a queer, neurodivergent, mixed Indigenous Social Worker and Therapist. In my practice, I work primarily with queer and trans folks, mixed-Indigenous clients, parents, neurodivergent individuals, and trauma-impacted folks, including those who have received a diagnosis of PTSD and C-PTSD. I also specialize in supporting children and families navigating trauma, behavioural challenges and disabilities.
Healing can feel impossible, given responsibilities and systems that impact us on every level. As all people indigenous to somewhere on the earth, we have always known how to heal. It is time to reclaim that for ourselves.
I draw from traditional Indigenous knowledge and clinical training to offer holistic, culturally grounded support. I'm trained in IFS, EMDR, art therapy, attachment therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Circle of Security Parenting. I create treatment plans to address root causes while offering tools to support daily life as you process and heal.
Therapy can offer space, tools, and hope to attend to your inner state, providing strength to navigate the world. I do not believe in talking you out of any emotion especially outrage. I want to help you carry them with strength. Together, we can build the resilience to face what is out there, staying grounded in what is real and what is still possible now.
