It’s no small thing to begin the inward journey of addressing the issues that keep you stuck. Old patterns, loss of purpose, trauma, relationship issues – some of the pervading challenges of our time. Dealing with any of this can feel overwhelming and isolating but we’re not meant to do it on our own. In order to thrive we need connection. We need to be seen and feel accepted and we need to express our authentic selves. This is at the core of the counselling I provide.
My training is in Existential Psychotherapy, Ecotherapy and Somatic Group Work. I work intuitively with clients to create an atmosphere where they feel seen and accepted- only then can we access the root of our issues. I use a holistic approach that invites the whole person: body, emotions, inner parts, cultural context, and social location into the room.
