About
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am a MACP graduate from Yorkville University and have an MSc in Neuroscience and BSc in Neuroscience and Mental Health, both from Carleton University. Throughout the therapeutic process, I strive to provide a non-judgemental, compassionate, and empathetic approach, focusing on client's strengths, abilities and experiences, as I believe each individual possesses the ability to transform their lives. I strongly value authenticity and genuineness in the therapeutic relationship, viewing it is the first step to creating lasting change!
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to collaboratively address client concerns and issues, through the use of Cognitive-Behavioural, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Attachment approaches to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues and self-esteem. I provide individualized psychotherapy services for adults.
Taking the step to reach out and seek help requires a significant amount of courage, so I know the importance of building a warm, comfortable and trusting environment for you to reach your full potential! One size does not fit all when it comes to change; therefore, I believe in incorporating an integrative approach when necessary.
